Roderic K. Stanley is a RiSYS collaborator, and the proprieter of NDE Information Consultants, Houston, Texas. Dr. Stanley has been advising metallurgical and NDE inspection companies since 1980. Dr. Stanley has particular expertise in failure analyses in oilfield tubulars and performs expert witness services in tubular inspection. He has extensive experience in electromagnetic and ultrasonic inspection of tubes from both a theoretical and practical background. He performs consulting and Level III Services for a variety of companies.
Dr. Stanley holds 4 patents in the electromagnetic inspection of tubes, and is one of the electromagnetics editors for "Materials Evaluation", the ASNT journal. He is the American Petroleum Institute (API) chairman for Coiled Tubulars. He is co-author of "Nondestructive Evaluation - a Tool in Design, Manufacturing and Service" along with Dr. Bray, and author of 65 articles on the nondestructive testing of tubes.
